Added another star though as it seems to be improving a little bit. The backorder thing and customer service is still pretty bad. Only after I've bought it and I can't even see when it's coming EDIT : I got another person to order for me and they were sent progress emails. Also every time after I have bought something so far it tells me it's on backorder. Like I know it's valid because that's where the package is heading. But that's the postal code on my account and when I try to solve the problem I just get the stupid robot that keeps telling me it's unvalid. It keeps saying that my postal code is unvalid. I personally can't even track my package. Order and find out if you don't believe the rating. We wanted our money back, not a replacement for a crappy battery with another crappy battery. We did not want a replacement as my husband went to a higher end battery with another company. They then replied there would "not be an RMA issued" and they were sending a replacement. After 5 days with no response I followed up and they claim never receiving my original email, yet they have the pictures that were attached to it. Why do I need to supply copies, etc of info they should have in their records? I supplied requested pictures. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I ordered it FROM THEM. I ORDERED ONLINE FROM THEM AND GOT EMAIL CONFIRMATION). The info requested was demographic/order # (which I already supplied)/company purchased from (IT WAS PURCHASED FROM THEM)/Original receipt (I DIDN'T GET A RECEIPT. In the interim they replied requesting purchase info and photos. My husband then ordered a new battery from a different company. I contacted them via email requesting an RMA and refund. The battery wouldn't charge and there was a dead cell. Within 2 weeks of my husband ordering an RC battery, it wouldn't charge. I would not recommend buying anything from these people. Common technique for these online places. I'm guessing they get a lot of these calls for people trying to cancel orders and they just tell them they can't and ship it to him anyway in the hopes that the person decides to keep it. And not to mention the customer service representative was not helpful or tentative or didn't seem to really care at all. So the idea of canceling an order at this place is obviously impossible because I made an order less than 9 hours ago and it's been Sunday night and somehow the order has progressed to a point where they can't cancel it even though it's still sitting in their warehouse. And I'm guessing there's some sort of restocking fee they're going to charge me as well. So they're still going to ship it to me which I had to pay for, just so I can ship it right back to him which I'm going to have to pay for. Monday morning to cancel the order because I wanted to get another thing from the same place and they claimed they already could not cancel the order despite them still having the product in their warehouse. I ordered a EDF jet from this website at 11:00 at night on a Sunday. Impossible to cancel an order and you have to pay double shipping
